Camillo Milli Find a Grave
Born to Giovanni Battista Migliori, a lawyer and later a deputy of the Christian Democrats, and Giuseppina Rossi, from Turin, Milli trained for a theatrical career under the direction of Giorgio Strehler at the Teatro Piccolo in Milan, where he made his debut in 1951 and where he was permanently active until to 1953.
In the 1960s and 1970s, at the Teatro Stabile in Genoa, he was conducted several times by Luigi Squarzina, specializing in the repertoire of Carlo Goldoni.
He also worked alongside Dario Fo, both in the theater and in the television transposition of his comedies, such as ‘La signora è da buttare e parliamo di donne.’ He was a character actor in numerous films, ‘Nel nome del Papa Re’ by Luigi Magni (1977), ‘Il Marchese del Grillo’ by Mario Monicelli (1981) or alongside comedians such as Paolo Villaggio and Lino Banfi.
